Q: I already purchased a ticket. I am still going to the event on the new date and at the new venue. What will I do?
A: We will be replacing your old tickets with the new one.
• Online purchases
o You’ll be receiving an email that contains your new ticket/s starting Oct 4 onwards
• Walk-ins (Box Office/Outlets)
o Present a valid ID together with the hard ticket/s at the Yellow Gate of Smart Araneta Coliseum starting October 4 onwards.
• NOTE: Relocated seat selections are based on the purchase date of the customer. First buyers are relocated to the best seats onwards.

Q: How will I know my new seat number?
A: Please call Ticketnet to know your new seat number. Make sure to have your previous
ticket/s ready. They’ll be asking your details on that.

Q: I want to return my ticket and a refund. How?
A: We will be replacing your old tickets with the new one.
• Online purchases (all cards)
o Charged amount will be reverted within 7-9 banking days or the next statement date.
• Walk-ins (Box Office/Outlets)
o Call Ticketnet Hotline first or our chat support on our website and inform them that you are requesting for a refund due to rescheduling of show date.
o Ticketnet personnel will advise and instruct you regarding the refund process.

Q: Can I upgrade my Spark ticket?
A: Yes, this allowed as long as there are still available seats of your desired ticket. You
need to pay a service charge Php50.00 for ticket upgrade.
