Pre-event precautionary measures:

a. Physically obvious pregnant women, children below 8 years old and very frail-looking or very apparently weak individuals will not be allowed to enter the designated queuing or audience area.

b. Persons under the influence of liquor or drugs, or who are mentally deranged or unstable or who exhibit unusual behavior will be barred from 

entering into the designated queuing or audience area.
