Mastercard PREFERRED TICKET ALLOCATION for
LIVE NATION TOURS
1. Eligibility
· The Mastercard PREFERRED TICKET ALLOCATION for “CONAN GRAY: FOUND HEAVEN ON TOUR” Tickets (“Promo”) is open to all principal and supplementary Mastercard cardholders (“Cardholder”) whose cards have been issued by a local issuing bank that have available credit limit and who are not prohibited under applicable Gifts, Anti-Bribery and Corruption laws, regulations, and policies from participating in and/or qualifying for this Promo (“Cardholder”).
· Incumbent government officials or employees, whether elected or appointed, and corporate accounts are not eligible to participate in this Promo.
2. Promo will run from MAY 07 (Tue) 12PM up to event dates below. All transactions must be made within the Promo Period to avail of the Promo.

3. The Promo entitles the following Cardholders to an exclusive Mastercard PREFERRED TICKET ALLOCATION for CONAN GRAY: FOUND HEAVEN ON TOUR tickets:
· Mastercard cardholders of Platinum, World and World Elite Mastercard cards.
4. To avail of the Promo
· Go to PRICELESS.COM/MUSIC
· Afterwhich, they will be directed to network.xx first, and then directed to www.ticketnet.com.ph/
· Customers need to have an account and be logged in to their Ticketnet account to complete ticket purchase.
· Select the reserved seat section for MASTERCARD DEBIT AND CREDIT CARD HOLDERS and seat then click “Add”.
· Review order summary.
· Choose payment method: (Mastercard Debit or Credit Card)
· Agree to full Terms & Conditions and Data Privacy Policy.
· Click “Proceed to payment”.
· Enter payment information then click proceed.
· Once successful, the ticket voucher will appear under My Account > My Tickets.
· Print your ticket voucher, and claim your physical ticket at any Ticketnet outlet any time before the show date.
5. Cardholders are allowed to purchase two to six 2-6 tickets per transaction. Ticketnet terms & conditions apply.
6. The Promo offer is valid date of Mastercard PREFERRED TICKET ALLOCATION for CONAN GRAY: FOUND HEAVEN ON TOUR from MAY 07 (Tue) 12PM up to event dates below.

7. This Promo offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promo and discount that requires a voucher code.
8. All purchases are subject to the terms and conditions of Ticketnet, Live Nation Philippines, and Mastercard Card Agreement.
9. The Promo offer is not exchangeable for cash, credit or other goods and services.

11. Mastercard is not an agent of Ticketnet and makes no representation as to the quality of the goods and services provided. All feedback regarding the quality of the goods and services provided should be directed to Ticketnet.
12. In case of dispute with respect to the Cardholder’s eligibility, coverage of dates, and fulfilment, Mastercard’s decision shall prevail.
13. Fraud, abuse, or any unauthorized action relating to the credit card transaction or the participation in the Promo may result in the disqualification of the Customer from the Promo, or suspension or cancellation of the Card privileges at Mastercard discretion. This shall be without prejudice to any legal action that may be taken by Mastercard.
14. Cardholder agrees that the continued use of the Mastercard shall be his/her acceptance and agreement to be bound by the provisions of the issuing bank’s Data Privacy Statement (DPS) and terms and conditions. Further, your participation in the Promo shall be subject to the Priceless Global Privacy Notice and Terms of Use.
