BARNEY CELEBRATES 20 YEARS OF FUN AND LEARNING

This year, you're invited to a colossal celebration of dinosaurus proportions! Put on your party hat as everyone's favorite purple dinosaur, Barney, celebrates 20 years of sharing, caring and imagination through a live-action stage show entitled "Barney Dino-mite Birthday".

In this dinosaurus-sized extravaganza, Barney's friends are getting ready to throw him a SUPER-DEE-DUPER surprise birthday! The show features many favorite Barney songs kids have come to love through the years including some new tunes too and lots of valuable lessons can kids can learn.

Barney Dino-mite Birthday! is set to stage on November 22 & 23 in SM North Edsa Cinema 8, November 29 & 30 in SM Mall of Asia Centerstage Cinema, December 6 in SM Sta. Rosa Cinema 3, December 13 in SM Dasmarinas Cinema 2 and on December 14 in SM Megamall Cinema 4. Show times are at 12nn, 3pm and 6pm.

Since his debut in 1988, Barney has become a staple in preschoolers lives, led by phenomenal success on television. Barney & Friends changed the face of children's television, and the series continues to be one of the top-rated preschool shows. As a helping hand for growing children, Barney (along with special pals Baby Bop, BJ and Riff) helps parents give their children the range of skills they need to grow- and he always does it with lots of fun, music and laughs.

For 20 years, kids have enjoyed singing and learning with Barney. Now your kids have the chance to join him on stage and be the "Star".

This contest is open to all kids aged 3 to 7. To join, purchase Barney Dino-mite Birthday tickets available in Ticketnet outlets and SM Cinemas.
Application forms are available in all scheduled preliminaries which will be held on Nov 22 at The Block SM North Edsa Event Center, Nov 30 in SM Mall of Asia Music Hall, December 6 in SM City Sta. Rosa Event Center and on Dec 13 in SM City Dasmarinas Event Center. Registration starts as early as 11am.
Contest proper is at 3pm.

Only 10 finalists will be chosen to advance to the Grand Finals to be held on Dec 14, 3pm at the Atrium of SM Megamall Ortigas.  Contestant may sing/interpret any of their favorite Barney songs. A maximum of 5 minutes shall be given to each performance.
